Are you gluten sensitive (intolerant)? |

"How do I know if I react to gluten?" This is the question that every one is asking. I suggest a 3-step process to find out:
Step one:List all of your symptoms (see our symptom list). Step two:Get your blood tests. Please get a blood test BEFORE going gluten free.
I recommend the IgG-gliadin antibody test. But this is not available in every Laboratory.
It is also crucial to make sure that you do not have Celiac (Coeliac) disease. The best blood test for this is the tissue transglutaminase antibody (tTG). If you have any symptoms that suggest that you are gluten-sensitive, then go and get a blood test. Check out the Blood test page on this website Step three:Try a gluten-free diet.
Remember get the blood test done before you change your diet. |
