"I am gluten free. Can my whole family go gluten free as well? Is there any harm in this?"
If your whole family was to eat gluten-free foods only (without having the intolerance) this is okay. Going gluten free will not make them intolerant of gluten flour products.
Yes, it is okay for everyone to go gluten-free. You will not develop intolerance to gluten if you go off gluten. But, if you already are gluten-sensitive, then if you go back onto gluten you could get a more severe reaction. I recommend that everyone who goes onto a gluten free diet should have the blood tests first. So, how do you get a blood test? Just click on "Blood Test" section on the Menu
