What is gluten sensitivity?

If you are "gluten-sensitive" it means that you react to the gluten in your diet.  Gluten is a substance in foods (a protein) - it is found in the three grains: wheat, rye and barley

There are lots and lots of symptoms that can be caused by gluten.  People who get sick from gluten have "The Gluten Syndrome".  The best way to test for gluten-sensitivity is to do a blood test.
