Adding new message to forum |

- Log in to the doctor gluten web site www.doctorgluten.com
- go to the Forum under information from the top menu
- pick the correct Forum to ask your question
- click on the left hand blue file (small picture of the folder)
- click on create new "thread"
- add your message / question
- and press submit when finished at the bottom of the screen.
