First, recognise your symptoms. By the way, many people who are affected by gluten do not realise that they actually have symptoms. They have been sick for so long that they just accept the way that they are.
We always have an excuse for feeling sick, tired or grumpy: we are too tired because we are working so hard; we feel exhausted because of the children wearing us out, we feel a bit down because of our social problems – etc, etc. These can all be symptoms from gluten.
