I am a paediatrician (a doctor who looks after children) and I have ongoing gastroenterology (gut) and food allergy training. I run the Children’s Gastroenterology and Allergy Clinic in Christchurch, NZ. I see thousands of sick children every year with food allergy and food intolerances. I help most of them get better.
I attend and present papers at international medical conferences in gastroenterology and allergy every year. I conduct ongoing research in gluten reactions and write books on the subject.
