I saw a girl, Emma, 4 years old last week.  She came to see me because of very itchy skin. Blood tests that came back today show that she has celiac disease!
Yes! Eczema can be the first sign that you are reacting to gluten.  I believe that all eczema children should have blood tests for gluten
Cheers. Dr Rodney Ford.

1. sounds familiar!
I had a severe case of eczema as a child and into my teens. ADHD as a child, anemia since puberty, B12 deficiency since the birth of my first child, bone loss, gut and bowel issues along with swelling since the birth of my second child. I have likely had celiac most of my life!
