The Doctor Gluten Project is designed to help you learn all about gluten. We want to give you practical advice and up-to-date information. We alert you to the harm that gluten can cause you and your family. We help to answer your questions about gluten, and how you can easily to live with a gluten free diet. The purpose of this website is to help you find out about gluten sensitivity, gluten intolerance and Celiac (Coeliac) disease. We ask you to help us create a valuable resource for everybody who is gluten sensitive and/or wheat intolerant. Dr Rodney Ford The Doctor Gluten Project evolved from a friendship between four people who had experienced reactions to gluten. We were surprised to find out how common this is. We all knew someone who was getting sick from eating gluten.This project has allowed us each to contribute to tackle this massive health problem. We want to help you., so that you can help others.

We each have skills to make a huge difference in our world. Dr Rodney Ford has worked in the field of medicine, paediatrics and nutrition for over 25 years. Over this time he has a built up a phenomenal bank of knowledge on the subject of eating for health, energy and well being. He has been studying gluten reactions for over fifteen years. Steve Arthur and Richard Williamson have had a long-standing friendship with Rodney.
