Hi Dr Ford,
I am convinced my 5 year old daughter is gluten sensitive. She has been off gluten for a month with immediate results and I have now stumbled across your books. Hooray what a breath of fresh air! Now I just want to prove it medically and to myself before I rock her world too much.
